Q:Are you a factory or  a trading company?

A:We are a manufacturer that that specializes in glassware for many years. 

Q:How to get a sample?

A:Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure which sample you need.

Q:How do you guarantee the quality?

A: We are located in Xuzhou City, JiangSu Province of China,  We can control quality from raw material to products. In our quality control system, there are 100% raw material inspection, 100% semi-finished product inspection, 100%finished product inspection, together with random inspection to guarantee the quality.

Q:What about the leading time?

A:In general, the leading time is about 15 to 55 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time. Thank you.

Q: How about your raw material?

A: We use food grade material. We selects suppliers, and strictly manages and inspects each lot of raw materials purchased. Our pofessional QC will check the quality of raw material again before production.
